How Long Do Porcelain Crowns Last?
Porcelain crowns typically last 7-20 years. At times, crowns can come off or chip. If this happens, simply call Dr. Tan and we’ll walk you through your options.
Do Porcelain Crowns Stain?
No. Your new crowns should never stain.
Does Insurance Cover Cosmetic Dentistry?
Sometimes. While restorative dentistry is considered medically necessary, dental insurance covers cosmetic services differently. However, there are instances when cosmetic dentistry would be covered, such as when the procedure is medically necessary due to disease or decay.
